2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
Our 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon was blended with 10% merlot in the classic French style. The result is a wine rich of colour and subtle depth of flavour. This wine was matured in 60% new French oak barriques, the remaining 40% in 1 to 2 year old American barriques.
Our 2001 Cabernet shows typical cool climate cassis and red fruit characters with savoury tannins and a hint of spice.

Total Acidity: 6.20 grams per litre
pH: 3.75
Alcohol by vol: 13.5%
