2004 Chardonnay
Our 2004 Chardonnay was handpicked before whole bunch pressing. The cold settled juice was fermented in French oak barriques where it was matured for ten months. A percentage of the wine underwent a secondary malolactic fermentation.
Our 2004 Chardonnay shows aromas and flavours of melon, fig and honey with fresh acidity and a textured palate.

pH: 3.46
Alcohol by vol: 14.0%
