2004 Pinot Noir
Our 2004 Pinot Noir was handpicked before partial whole berry fermentation in open fermenters in the traditional Burgundian style. This wine was maturated in two year old French oak barriques.
This wine exhibits the aromas of sweet cherry, plum and red berry fruit with some earthiness as well as clove and cinnamon spice. Fine tannins and fresh acidity complete the picture.

pH: 3.48
Alcohol by vol: 13.5%
